1. Hey Reid –

   Just finished your excellent book, but had a question. My local spirits guy told me some distilleries will allow outsiders to “rent” the distillery for a day. He said they take down their shingle and hang up whatever the renter wants, so everything made that day can legally be listed as “distilled by” or “bottled by”. Are you familiar with this practice? Is there a name for it? I didn’t remember coming across it in your book.
